1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using EdX Morung.

2. Services Provided

We offer live Zoom tutoring 4 days a week, recorded lecture access, study materials, and AI‑generated notes. Class schedules are communicated via email or SMS.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing: ₹800 per subject, ₹1600 for both subjects, ₹1500 for one‑on‑one tuition. All fees are to be paid in advance on a monthly basis. No refunds for partially attended months.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes on time, maintain respectful communication, and not share login credentials or recorded content outside the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, video recordings, and AI notes are the property of EdX Morung and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

EdX Morung is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of material changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Nagaland.
